REFUND POLICY
At Spryncle, each product is prepared in small batches with care. Due to the nature of cosmetic and household products, we maintain the following return guidelines.
Returns
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The item must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during transit.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Opened household cleaning products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at spryncle@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of small-batch production, we do not guarantee product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend placing a new order.
Allergies & Ingredient Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing full ingredient lists before purchasing. We recommend performing a patch test prior to full application.
Spryncle is not responsible for individual sensitivities or allergic reactions.
