Each order is prepared with care. Because our products are made in small batches, please review the information below regarding processing and delivery.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, package, and dispatch your order. This is separate from shipping transit time.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays

Spryncle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Customs or postal processing delays

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us so we may assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
